UCSB Overbidders Anonymous compete at the College Bridge Bowl in Las Vegas

UCSB’s four-member team (Andrew, Nicholas, Danning, and Sarp) competed in team and pair events as part of the 2019 College Bridge Bowl this past summer. While the team finished one spot out of qualifying for the knockout phase, they exorcised some demons with a 10-IMP victory over eventual champion UC Berkeley. In the inaugural pairs championship event, Danning and Sarp took second place in Flight B, earning $1,000 scholarships. The team looks forward to building upon its performance in next year’s event.
